1 consultation appointment.
You will receive up 1hr. one on one coaching when needed: Calls/text/emails
Accountability check-ins between sessions
Customized fasting plan tailored to your health, lifestyle, and spiritual goals
Free Fasting Devotional Journal
1:1 private daily calls/text/email up to 1hr. if needed.
No calls after 6:00 p.m. however if you need to send an email or text after these hrs. I will answer as soon as I am able or the next day.
